At SAINTLY Fashion LTD, we strive to deliver your orders smoothly and efficiently across the UK and internationally.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • UK Shipping: Available to all UK mainland addresses.
  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries; options appear at checkout.
  • If your address is unsupported, you’ll be notified during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5pm GMT are processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive confirmation via email or SMS once your order has shipped.

*Customs and import duties may add delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • UK Orders: Free standard delivery on orders over £50. Under £50: £3.95 standard, £6.95 next-day.
  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Import duties, VAT or customs charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking link via email/SMS is sent once your order ships.
  • Use our “Track Order” page with your Order ID for updates.
  • We’ll inform you if any delays occur during transit.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available for UK or international orders.
  • We accept: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (where available).

7. Shipping Partners & Packaging

We use trusted couriers like Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, and UPS. All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

8. Shipping Issues

  • If your order is delayed or missing, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • For lost shipments, we’ll investigate with our courier and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed.

9. Address Changes & Modifications

  • Change address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting customer care.
  • No changes possible once the order has been dispatched.

10. Customs & International Terms

International orders may incur import duties/VAT at customs clearance. These are not included in the checkout price. If refused by customs, refunds or returns will follow our standard Returns Policy.

11. Peak Season & Holidays

During peak periods like Christmas or Black Friday, processing/delivery may take longer. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
