At SAINTLY Fashion LTD, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip.
• Underwear, swimwear (without hygiene strip), earrings, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after this period may be rejected.

3. How to Return

1. Visit our Return Portal.
2. Log in or enter your order number and email.
3. Select items to return and choose your reason.
4. Print your return label or receive email instructions.
5. Pack securely and send via your chosen courier.

4. Return Shipping

• UK Returns: £4.95 flat-rate postage (deducted from refund) or free drop-off at Royal Mail/DPD partner shops.
• International Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will refund full return shipping costs.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• You may request store credit or an exchange instead, during the return process.
• Sale items are refundable unless marked “Final Sale.”

6. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
• Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send photos and your order number to info@saintlyfashion.com to request a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting Customer Care. After dispatch, our standard return process applies.
